Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how Peplocked ("we," "us," "our") issues refunds for subscriptions purchased through peplocked.com.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Purchase Only)

If you are not satisfied with Peplocked, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial subscription purchase. This guarantee applies only to:

  • Your first paid subscription with Peplocked
  • Monthly plans

The 7-day money-back guarantee does NOT apply to:

  • Annual / yearly plans (the discounted yearly price is offered in exchange for your annual commitment and is non-refundable)
  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
  • Any second or subsequent subscription purchased by the same customer or household
  • Add-on purchases, credit packs, or one-time fees

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@peplocked.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of that period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day window, email support@peplocked.com from the email address associated with your Peplocked account. Include your account email and the date of purchase. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions and Denied Refunds

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Subscription abuse (e.g., repeatedly subscribing and refunding)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Chargebacks initiated before contacting us for a refund
  • Fraudulent payment activity
  • Accounts terminated for misconduct

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, we reserve the right to terminate your account and deny future service. We encourage you to email support@peplocked.com first — most issues can be resolved directly.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your jurisdiction.
